Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at , you will be essential in nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. Your role will focus on ensuring that clients achieve their business objectives using our platform, providing ongoing support, and guiding them through their journey to maximize satisfaction and retention. The position requires flexibility to work in US business hours to ensure alignment with our headquarters' operations and client interactions.
Responsibilities
:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and business processes.
- Onboard new clients and provide training sessions to ensure they are fully equipped to use our Autonomous Autopilot Sales Agents effectively.
- Monitor client health metrics, proactively identify opportunities for growth, and address potential issues before they become problems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to ongoing account management.
- Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our services and product offerings.
- Manage customer renewal processes, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Create and deliver quarterly reports to clients on their progress and how they can further benefit from our platform.
- Advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally, influencing product development and sales strategies based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role in a technology or SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive problem solver with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in US business hours to coordinate with our team and clients in the United States.
