Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensure efficient project execution, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of workplace health and safety. They will be responsible for coordinating with various departments including design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure timely project delivery. Additionally, the Operations Manager will liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are met and provide regular updates on project progress. Some work-from-home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing design, engineering, and construction projects
- Strong budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation skills
- Excellent project management, organizational, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in workplace health and safety regulations
- Effective communication and client liaison abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in architectural or tensile membrane structures is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
