Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that invoices raised are accurately and in accordance with client contracts and project milestones
  • Review and verify billing information, including hours worked, expenses, and project deliverables
  • Ensure that our billing processes are followed precisely
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Ensuring that all communications whether verbal or written, internal or with customers, are clear, professional and courteous
  • Ensuring that re-work is minimised by getting it "right first time"
  • Running close processes on time including month end Journals
  • Ensuring that all invoices are processed before the close
  • Reporting exceptions to the Billing manager
  • Completing any reconciliations or controls reporting during the close period
  • Audit support

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable practices
  • Ideally proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel (including pivot tables / v-lookups)
  • Oracle PPM and Accounts Receivable experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to articulate verbally and written
  • Should work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment, high volume environment
