Focus Trade is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female academic counsellor to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience who can effectively guide prospective students/clients and help them choose the right educational path with us. If you have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and a passion for education and counselling, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephonic and walk-in enquiries effectively.
  • Convert enquiries into admissions/enrolments
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system with prospective leads.
  • Provide clear and accurate information
  • Maintain a database of student information and counselling records.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or a tele-calling role (education/ed-tech industry experience is a plus).
  • Language: Must be fluent in English and Hindi .
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a convincing attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, word).
