Position: Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the entire Accounts & Finance function of the organization.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, banking, reconciliations, and general ledger.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly closing.
  • Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits; ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial documents.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash-flow statements, and financial analysis for management review.
  • Implement financial controls, cost monitoring systems, and process improvements.
  • Handle banking operations including fund management, LC/BG, and negotiations with bankers.
  • Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and internal control mechanisms.
  • Support management in decision-making with financial insights and risk assessments.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy, discipline, and timely deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and integrity.
