Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspection & Verification
  • Carry out final inspection of machined components as per drawings, specifications, and inspection plans.
  • Verify critical dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish using precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, CMM, etc.).
  • Ensure components are free from defects such as burrs, scratches, or machining marks.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain final inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
  • Ensure proper documentation for customer inspection and audits.
  • Tag and segregate accepted/rejected components.
  • Customer Coordination
  • Support customer representatives during final inspection, approval, or audits.
  • Ensure only approved parts are released for dispatch.
