US IT Recuriter
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and referrals
Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with clients
Manage full-cycle recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, submission, scheduling, and onboarding
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, project pipelines, and position requirements
Align recruitment efforts with business development goals to fulfill project and staffing requirements
Actively source, engage, and onboard STEM OPT, CPT, and other visa-holding candidates for internal and client requirements
Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM systems
Negotiate salaries and close candidates based on client budget and expectations
Build long-term relationships with consultants and clients for repeat business
Stay updated on current hiring trends and technologies in the US IT market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on the IT staffing industry.
Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with consultants and clients.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and agreements.
