We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles across the US market.

Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salaries with candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-12 years of experience in US recruitment or a similar role.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
