About the Role:
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in W2 hiring, contract, and full-time placements. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent with our US clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions (Contract & Full-time).
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and direct sourcing.
- Work extensively on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close candidates within deadlines.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ATS and VMS portals.
- Strong sourcing skills using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts (EST/CST/PST time zones).
- Target-driven, with the ability to handle pressure and deliver closures on time.
