Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, requirements engineers, and SMEs to understand platform functionality.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Create and maintain automated API tests focusing on accuracy, performance, and load requirements using C#, Selenium, xUnit, RestSharp.
  • Implement quality gates to ensure thorough testing before deployment approvals.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and enhance test case coverage.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and Generative AI developments to improve testing efficiency.
  • Analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies.
  • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated, seamless deployments.
  • Perform performance test automation using JMeter or similar frameworks (optional).

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 9 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably with enterprise or insurance platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, Selenium, xUnit, RestSharp, and test automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of BDD frameworks (SpecFlow), API testing, and Postman.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Education: Any Graduation.
