EbizON is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Noida. The primary responsibility of this role is to strategically identify, engage, and qualify potential customers to generate new business opportunities and drive renewals with SMC–Corporate clients.

The ideal candidate is a performance-driven professional with a proven track record in inside sales or business development, skilled in consultative selling, and passionate about driving revenue growth through meaningful client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and build strong relationships with potential clients across international markets.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with the company's business goals.

  • Nurture prospects through targeted communication, personalized follow-ups, and value-driven engagement.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize lead generation campaigns.

  • Maintain a well-structured and updated sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward targets.

  • Conduct detailed market research to uncover emerging opportunities and competitive insights.

  • Leverage insights from client interactions to develop and implement effective sales approaches.

  • Understand client requirements, research business needs, and deliver tailored solutions to initiate successful sales cycles.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities, communications, and lead progress within the CRM system.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.

  • Proven success in lead generation, qualification, and conversion in a B2B environment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.

  • Strong analytical mindset, initiative, and accountability for achieving sales targets
