Job Description:
SafetyConnect is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The primary responsibility of the SDR will be to prospect, qualify leads, negotiate deals, and close deals. The ideal candidate will excel in responding to and engaging with inbound leads, while also executing a strong prospecting plan to identify new opportunities. You'll be expected to manage each step efficiently, ensuring a smooth and successful journey for both the company and the clients. Your role will involve strategic planning, effective communication, and diligent follow-up to achieve sales targets and foster strong customer relationships.

Location: Hyderabad (WFO)
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility would be to generate demand move leads through the pipeline and convert them into sales-qualified leads resulting in demo meetings and closures.
- Responsible for end-to-end sales with cycle strategic planning, effective communication, and diligent follow-up to achieve sales targets and foster strong customer relationships.
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound leads and inquiries.
- Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts.
- Quickly learn about the product, effectively communicate the value proposition, and be able to respond to objections.
- Follow up on leads and provide appropriate information to foster relationships.
- Educate leads on our product and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with the account manager.
- Run account-based marketing campaigns.
- Schedule meetings and demos.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
Requirements /Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing [ABM]
- Have the ability and enthusiasm to manage multiple leads.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Proactive and efficient time management.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in SaaS/B2B.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
