Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹60, ₹75,000.00 per month About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles. In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts, maintaining the general ledger, and managing month-end close procedures. You will also analyze financial reports, forecasts, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and necessary documentation. Summarize and generate financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and other critical financial documents. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while staying updated on new and existing legislation.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants by answering queries and conducting training sessions. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) required. Candidates with Inter-CA or postgraduate qualifications will be given preference.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in intercompany transactions and reconciliations for audit preparation. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with US accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Zoho, etc. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and mentor up to 5 junior accountants.

Compliance & Security: Strong understanding of financial application security to ensure data confidentiality and compliance. Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general accounting applications. Soft Skills: Excellent English communication, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
