We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist – Team Lead to manage, optimize, and scale our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the performance marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop ROI-driven strategies to improve lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identify insights, and implement data-backed optimizations.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing; at least 2 years in a team lead or senior role.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools (UTM, pixel setup, conversion tracking).
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹65,000.00 per month
