Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Specialist based in Indore. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality audits, ensuring quality control, and maintaining quality assurance standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring processes, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating findings with relevant teams. The role requires analyzing data and implementing corrective actions to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify trends.
  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Auditing to ensure standards are met.
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance practices.
  • Strong Communication skills for clear and effective reporting.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
