Role Overview: As an Academic Advisor/Sales professional in the Edtech sector in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be to advise students on educational programs, conduct needs assessments, and provide personalized recommendations. You will also engage in sales activities to drive enrollment, follow up with prospective students, and maintain relationships with current students. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and organizing recruitment events while staying abreast of industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Advise students on educational programs and address their needs effectively - Conduct needs assessments and provide personalized recommendations - Drive enrollment through effective sales activities - Follow up with prospective students to convert leads - Maintain relationships with current students - Plan and organize recruitment events to attract new students - Stay updated on industry trends in the Edtech sector Qualifications Required: - Strong advisory and counseling skills to understand and cater to student needs - Sales experience with a proven track record in driving enrollment and meeting targets - Excellent planning and organizing abilities to coordinate recruitment events efficiently - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students and colleagues - Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru - Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for efficient operations,
