We Are Hiring – Maintenance Engineer

Location: Shirwal Plant

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

CTC: ₹5.50 – 6.50 LPA

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer who can independently handle maintenance operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic PLC programming for automation and machine modifications
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical & electronics breakdowns in CNC machines
  • Handle shift operations and supervise maintenance activities
  • Coordinate and support the mechanical maintenance team
  • Design and execute small-scale automation panels & wiring independently
  • Maintain internal and audit documentation
  • Manage and monitor spare parts inventory
  • Actively contribute to Poka-yoke design, Kaizen initiatives & energy-saving projects
  • Support automation projects and system upgrades

Qualification

  • Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering (Full-time from a recognized university)

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Automation Projects
  • Familiarity with Fanuc Systems preferred
  • Candidate must reside in Shirwal or nearby areas
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹550, ₹650,000.00 per year
