Job Description

We are looking for a sharp and proactive MIS / Data Analyst who is hands-on with Excel, Macros, and VBA, and can support our operations team in building automation and improving MIS efficiency across levels. This is not a one-time project role but an ongoing enhancement-driven position, requiring someone who understands lending operations and can deliver independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for multiple business functions.
  • Automate recurring reports and processes using Excel Macros and VBA.
  • Work closely with the operations team to identify data gaps and process improvement opportunities.
  • Handle ad-hoc MIS and data-related requests from management.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and understand business requirements effectively.

Candidate Details

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in MIS / Data Analysis.
  • Prior exposure to NBFC or Banking sector is a must.
  • Strong command over Advanced Excel, Macros, and basic VBA coding.
  • Working knowledge of LOS, LMS, or CRM systems preferred.
  • Good logical and analytical mindset; ability to grasp requirements quickly.
  • Fair communication skills should be able to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
