As we grow our verticals in influencer marketing and offline outreach,we're looking for a data-savvy individual who can help us build, manage, and organize critical datasets that power our campaigns and outreach efforts.Role Overview:As a Marketing Data & Outreach Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering, structuring, andmaintaining data for two key verticals:● Influencer Marketing: Building and managing influencer databases (nano to megainfluencers) with relevant metrics.● Offline Activations: Creating and maintaining outreach lists of colleges, schools, RWAs, etc. for on-ground campaigns. You'll work closely with our strategy, client servicing, and activation teams to ensure data is up-to-date, reliable, and easy to use for decision-making and execution.Key Responsibilities:Influencer Marketing:● Build and maintain a categorized influencer database (nano to mega).● Track key metrics: followers, engagement rate, niche, location, past brand collabs.● Assist campaign managers with influencer shortlists based on briefs.● Update and clean influencer data regularly.Offline Outreach:● Research and compile data of colleges, schools,and corporate hubs.● Maintain outreach records, contact info, event calendars, and past activity logs.● Coordinate with on-ground teams to update response and conversion data.General:● Create dashboards, trackers, and reporting formats for internal use.● Ensure all data is structured, searchable, and regularly backed up.● Identify and suggest tools or platforms to improve data efficiency.Requirements:● Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).● Internet research skills to source data efficiently.● Basic understanding of influencer marketing and BTL activations (preferred).● Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.● Good communication skills – written & verbal.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
