Supervise daily operations of 2–3 Project Owners and 6–8 Project Coordinators. Define daily targets, track performance, and provide regular updates.

Operational Management:Use tools like software or Excel to monitor and streamline execution processes.

Cross-functional Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Customer Delight for smooth project execution.
