As the Restaurant Manager, you will deliver friendly, professional service to every guest, maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, and lead the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations. You will manage the service counter and cash/POS functions, supervise and train staff, and use basic computer skills to operate the restaurant's software (reservations, POS, scheduling, inventory, email and spreadsheets).

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests and handle customer queries or complaints with a pleasant, solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, pricing and daily specials.
  • Supervise, schedule and coach front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Oversee counter operations, cash handling and POS reconciliation.
  • Use basic computer applications and the restaurant's management software for reservations, inventory, rosters and reporting.
  • Monitor service flow, coordinate with kitchen staff, and implement improvements to enhance guest experience.

Skills & experience

  • Strong customer-service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets).
  • Leadership experience in a hospitality or food-service environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
