About the Role:

As a Finance Executive, you'll be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our range of products, trusted globally by leaders like Salesforce, Moneycontrol, CNBC, ComicCon, IEEE, ASME, BookMyShow, TEDx among many others. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and user satisfaction of our software.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and process journal entries, vendor invoices, and payments.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledgers.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and summaries as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for expense tracking, clarifications, and reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    and
    Tally
    (knowledge of other accounting tools is a plus).
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
