Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai

Experience: Only Freshers

Qualification: B.Com / MBA

Salary: ₹15,000 take home

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Communicate fluently and confidently in English to engage prospects effectively.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on business requirements and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule demo calls for senior sales representatives and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Share valuable feedback and insights from client interactions to improve the overall sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn sales processes.
  • Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain persistence.
