Shardes Interiors is a growing interior design and contracting firm known for creative designs, quality execution, and client satisfaction. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Estimator and Admin to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Estimation & Quotation Preparation:

  • Prepare cost estimates and quotations for interior consultancy and turnkey contracting projects.
  • Take quantities from drawings or site measurements and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
  • Collect and compare vendor quotations for materials and finishes.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams for pricing and technical details.
  • Maintain updated cost data for materials and labor.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Assist in preparing project-related reports and maintaining records.
  • Support the management in quotation tracking, purchase coordination, and billing
  • Manage daily office operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
  • Prepare letters, quotations, and other correspondence as required.
  • Support the HR and Accounts departments in attendance, leave, and salary-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and maintenance staff.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and assist management in follow-ups.
  • Ensure all administrative policies and systems are followed properly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Estimator or Admin Executive in the interior design / contracting field.
  • Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and joinery.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Accuracy, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or related field.

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
