Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi Cantonment. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales forecasts, and conducting market analysis. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Acquisition
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Team leadership and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the electronics or manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
