Role Overview: You are a proactive and technically skilled ATM Service Officer responsible for handling all aspects of ATM servicing, including pre-installation, installation, training, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance. Your role involves being the face of the company during customer interactions and ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities: - Handle pre-installation site readiness, installation, and commissioning of ATM machines - Conduct customer training post-installation - Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and attend Breakdown Maintenance (BDM) as required - Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in ATMs - Attend to and resolve all customer complaints promptly - Collaborate with customer support and R&D teams for escalated issues or technical feedback - Maintain detailed service logs and reports - Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication Qualification Required: - Diploma / B.E. in EEE or ECE - At least 1 year of relevant experience or freshers willing to work as service technicians - Proficiency in the local language and English - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Good listening and problem-solving abilities - Willingness to travel extensively Note: This role is open to male candidates only due to travel requirements.
