Role Overview:

The Service Engineer – Electrical will be responsible for visiting textile mills and industrial sites to provide electrical service support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery supplied by COUNTAI Pvt Ltd. This role ensures customer satisfaction through timely technical assistance and efficient problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site mill visits to install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems of textile machinery.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring, and control systems to ensure smooth machine operations.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in machine commissioning, calibration, and electrical testing.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to mill operators and customers on safe machine handling.
  • Document service reports, work done, and feedback during mill visits.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical team for escalations and spare part requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company service standards, safety, and compliance during all visits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance service satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, panels, and wiring.
  • Hands-on experience with textile machinery (preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling ability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for mill/site visits.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics /Textile Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in electrical service engineering (textile industry preferred) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with strong technical knowledge in electrical or textile induatry can be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹28,171.84 per month
