Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Physiotherapist (BPT/MPT) with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in patient rehabilitation and therapy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized physiotherapy sessions at our Mohali centre and during home visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions and design customized treatment plans.
  • Provide physiotherapy sessions for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and geriatric patients.
  • Maintain accurate case records and therapy documentation.
  • Educate patients and caregivers about home exercises and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for holistic treatment.
  • Ensure hygiene, discipline, and professional service standards at the clinic.
  • Participate in health awareness programs and promotional activities.
  • Inventory Management
  • Take Feedback calls

Requirements:

  • Qualification: BPT / MPT (Registered with State Council)
  • Experience: 3–4 years of clinical practice

Skills:

  • Strong communication and patient handling skills
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and confident approach
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and therapy documentation

Additional Preference:

  • Experience in pediatric, neurological, or geriatric rehabilitation
  • Exposure to autism or speech therapy patients will be an added advantage
  • Candidates residing near Mohali will be preferred
