About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for understanding business needs and transforming them into clear, actionable solutions. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience in business analysis or related domains.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis:

  • Interact with clients to understand business challenges, workflows, and requirements.
  • Analyze client problems and identify process gaps or improvement areas.
  • Document business requirements and functional specifications clearly.

Solution Design:

  • Explore and evaluate different applications or tools to identify the best-fit solution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design simple, effective, and scalable solutions.
  • Prepare basic UI wireframes or screen mockups to visualize proposed solutions.

Documentation & Communication:

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories.
  • Prepare User Guides, Process Manuals, and Training Videos for end users.
  • Assist in creating social media or knowledge-sharing content related to the product features, use cases, or client success stories.

Testing & Validation:

  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure the solution meets business expectations.
  • Track feedback from stakeholders and help refine the solution accordingly.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Product, Design, Development, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are well understood and implemented effectively.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to document processes and communicate technical ideas clearly.
  • Basic understanding of business processes, data flows, and systems.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, Figma/Balsamiq (for screen design), and documentation tools.
  • Interest in exploring various business and technical applications.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and willing to learn new domains and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Internship or academic project experience in Business Analysis or Product Management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies will be an added advantage.
