About the client:

Our client, is a SEBI Registered Category-I Merchant Banker, offers a diverse range of financial services, specializing in Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, and Debt Capital services for institutions, corporates, promoters, and high-net-worth clients.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle a small team/group of credit analysts.

  • Preparation of Financial Projections

  • Corporate Presentation

  • Proposal notes

  • Coordination with lender etc.

Qualification and Experience:

  •  Experience   in   preparation   of   Financial   Projections,Company   Presentations,   Bank   proposal,   Co-ordination with bank etc.
  • Experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value more than INR 15 crores for corporates/NBFC/Real estate.
  • Candidate   with   experience   in   handling   Stressed   assets transaction/One   time   settlement   (OTS)   /)/Restructuring,/Insolvency   &   Bankruptcy   Code   (IBC)   case   or   worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered.
  • Working   in the finance   department   of   companies   having borrowings of over Rs.300 crores.
  • Excellent command over Excel and Powerpoint
  • CA/MBA/CFA
