Role Summary

Design and deliver integrations between ServiceNow H&S and SAP/other systems.

Key Responsibilities

    • Implement SAP-ServiceNow integrations (employee master, org data, incidents, work orders)
    • Build APIs and flows with IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP
    • Work with middleware (MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Boomi)
    • Ensure integration testing and data reconciliation

Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 5+ years integration experience
    • Proficient in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, APIs, OAuth2/SAML
    • Knowledge of SAP data structures and IDoc/BAPI
