Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs Debugging and fixing technical problems Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality. Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others) Experience in Web technologies - HTML or XML
