Job Specification



The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to lead the Service in Solution Business, to support the customers and bridge the gap between Sales and Services.

Job Description




Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Responsible to bridge the gap between Service and Business team for any issue that comes after installation.
  • Support the field team in Installation & Commissioning and give technical support to Business Team.
  • Keep track of all the installations and maintain the good Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Maintain the TAT for each after sales process and take continuous support from Service to achieve the same.
  • Keep track of all the cases for Load Study/Site Surveys. Suggest the right solution for the Business Team.
  • Get complete details of BOS used at each site to maintain the standard.
  • Leverages the references with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
