Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
    Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

    Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region, including new channels and customer segments. 


  • Performance Analysis:
    Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective action plans.

    Ensuring all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. 


  • Budget Management:
    Managing sales budgets and expenses effectively to maximize profitability.
