Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager who can bridge creativity and execution someone who can oversee multiple projects, coordinate across teams, and ensure that every campaign, launch, and collection rollout happens smoothly, beautifully, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver multiple brand and e-commerce projects on schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, product, and operations teams.
  • Define project timelines, priorities, and milestones aligned with business goals.
  • Track performance, manage resources, and ensure timely execution.
  • Identify challenges early, resolve issues, and maintain workflow harmony.
  • Oversee product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal drops.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality at every customer touchpoint.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of project management experience in e-commerce.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset ability to measure success and suggest improvements.
  • A creative eye and appreciation for design and aesthetics.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Understanding of product photography, packaging, and content workflows.
  • Ability to balance creativity with structure.
