Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, allowing some flexibility for remote work. The Wintel System Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows-based systems, servers, and infrastructure. This includes providing technical support, performing server administration tasks, addressing system performance issues, and implementing solutions to optimize the IT environment. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to support and enhance technical operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows System Administration and general System Administration tasks
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve system-related issues efficiently
  • Experience in Server Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of server environments
  • Ability to diagnose and address performance and reliability challenges
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or similar are a plus
  • Familiarity with hybrid work environments, balancing on-site and remote tasks where required
