We are currently looking for an experienced
Technical Writer
to join our client, on a long-term contract basis. The role focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for networking and telecom systems, specifically in
Network Switching

Position: Technical Writer – Network Switching Products

Location:
Hybrid – Cessna Business Park, Bangalore

Type:
Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage technical documentation, including user manuals and guides.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to gather, clarify, and organize information.
  • Ensure that documentation adheres to industry standards and is user-friendly.
  • Structure and standardize content using
    XML/DITA
    .
  • Focus on documentation efforts for
    Catalyst Switching products
    .
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to maintain accuracy and relevance.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in technical writing within the networking or telecom domain.
  • Expertise in
    DITA, XML, Oxygen, Adobe FrameMaker, AEM
    .
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
