Located in Kharagpur, the cafe has become a beloved community spot where people come to enjoy great food and meaningful interactions.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a pastry Chef located in kolkata.The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining inventory. The Chef will also be involved in menu planning, sourcing ingredients, and leading the kitchen staff to deliver a delightful dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques
- Experience in kitchen management and operations
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Skills in menu planning and ingredient sourcing
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for creating a positive dining experience
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
