**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create innovative **cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts**.
- Stay updated with the **latest trends in pastry and bakery arts**, including modern designs and plating techniques.
- Maintain high standards of **quality, presentation, and taste**.
- Ensure compliance with **hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations**.
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and bakery staff.
- Manage ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and cost management.
- Experiment with **new recipes, flavors, and techniques** to enhance the menu.
- Collaborate with the culinary team for special events and seasonal menus.

**Requirements**:

- **5 to 10 years of experience** in a high-end bakery, hotel, or pastry kitchen.
- Strong expertise in **baking, chocolate work, sugar crafting, and dessert plating**.
- Knowledge of international pastry trends and contemporary techniques.
- Experience in managing a team and training junior chefs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Exposure to **international culinary standards** (education/work experience abroad is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation in pastry arts.
