We are a leading Indian manufacturer of high-quality hard luggage, bags, and accessories under the Cosmus brand. Renowned for durability, innovative designs, and affordability, we are seeking a skilled professional to manage e-commerce operations and ensure compliance and account health across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities:

Catalogue Management:

Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing) on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

Develop A+ content and collaborate with the graphic team for high-quality images and videos.

Regularly audit listings to resolve errors, mismatches, and suppressions, ensuring compliance with platform standards.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments using in-house ERP systems (WMS).

Manage Amazon FBA and Flipkart FBF consignment shipments.

Oversee return management and file/follow up on Seller Protection Fund (SPF) claims for marketplace losses.

Compliance & Account Health:

Monitor and maintain account health metrics to avoid penalties and enhance performance. Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulatory requirements. Implement strategies to improve account health, such as optimizing listings and addressing return issues.

Daily & Monthly Reporting:

Generate daily reports on order status, dispatch performance, Listings and inventory levels.

Skills & Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations and fulfilment management.

In-depth knowledge of e-commerce dispatch models (e.g., Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF).

Proficiency in ERP systems for warehouse management.

Strong skills in daily operational reporting and monthly dispatch analysis.

Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
