What are we looking for?
As Maternity Cover for our Creative Team Project Manager at our dynamic advertising and marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the successful execution of creative projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, a keen understanding of the creative process, and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and other team members to define project requirements and objectives.
Ensure that project goals align with the overall strategic objectives of the agency and clients.
Resource Management:
- Work with the Creative Head to allocate resources efficiently to meet project needs and deadlines.
- Work closely with department heads to identify and address resource gaps.
- Monitor team workloads and adjust assignments as needed to maintain productivity.
Timeline and Deadline Management:
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
- Proactively identify potential delays and implement strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate timelines and deadlines to the creative team and other stakeholders.
Quality Control:
- Uphold and enforce quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure that work meets client expectations and agency standards.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve creative output.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the creative team and clients or internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and agency leadership.
- Facilitate effective communication within the creative team to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project and develop mitigation plans.
- Proactively address issues and roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.
Budget Oversight:
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

Qualifications
- A good understanding of the scope of work and familiarity with project management / workflow tools and software.
- Strong communication skills and command over the English language, both written and spoken.
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or such is preferred
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred.
- Effective time management skills
