I We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products, including OH radicals, IAQ monitors, ESP filters, air and dirt separators, and other related solutions. The candidate will manage sales through established channel partners such as Elixir, Reflex, and GWS, while also exploring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for IAQ products to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners and distributors to expand the market reach.

Channel Partner Management:

  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners (e.g., Elixir, Reflex, GWS) to ensure alignment on business goals and timely delivery.
  • Provide training, technical support, and resources to partners for effective product promotion.

Market Analysis & Business Development:

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales through direct engagement with clients and channel partners.

Product Expertise & Promotion:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of IAQ products such as OH radicals, IAQ monitors, ESP filters, and air/dirt separators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and product collateral.

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with clients to understand their IAQ requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to educate customers on IAQ benefits.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Environmental) or a related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in IAQ products, HVAC, or building management systems.

  • Prior experience managing channel partners like Elixir, Reflex, or GWS is highly desirable.

  • Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of IAQ systems, including OH radicals, IAQ monitors, and ESP filters.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Key Competencies:

  • Result-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in selling IAQ solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential segments.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and their integration with IAQ products.
