Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

  1. Service Partner On-boarding

Identify and onboard skilled partners such as:

  • Electricians
  • Plumbers
  • Carpenters
  • AC & Appliance Technicians
  • Facility & Daily-Need Service Experts

Manage the complete on-boarding life-cycle.

  1. Verification & Background Checks

  2. Verify identity documents, address proof, and experience

  3. Validate trade skills and previous work references
  4. Maintain proper on-boarding documentation and records.

  5. Skill & Expertise Evaluation

Conduct or coordinate:

  • Practical skill tests
  • Technical knowledge checks
  • Problem-identification ability assessments
  • Approve partners as per defined service standards.

  • Service Ethics & Training

Train partners on:

  • Service ethics and professional conduct
  • Customer communication and behavior
  • Safety standards and work discipline
  • Ensure transparent pricing and ethical service practices.

  • Problem Identification & Solution Support

  • Analyze service-related issues reported by customers or partners

  • Support technicians in accurate diagnosis and resolution
  • Escalate complex or critical cases when required.

  • Coordination & Field Operations

Coordinate between:

  • Customers
  • Service partners
  • Internal operations team

Ensure timely job allocation and service execution.

  1. Follow-ups & Quality Control

  2. Conduct post-service follow-ups

  3. Monitor service quality, repeat complaints, and ratings
  4. Implement corrective actions and performance improvements.

  5. Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities

  6. Maintain partner performance and service records

Prepare reports on:

  • Partner productivity
  • Service quality
  • Customer satisfaction

Assist management in scaling multi-city operations.
