Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling refurbished laptops to corporate clients, including SMEs, startups, and large enterprises. The role involves identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales, primarily via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new corporate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (IT Managers, Procurement Heads, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable refurbished laptop solutions based on their needs and budget.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and close B2B deals in line with company pricing policies.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline data.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical team to ensure timely delivery and post-sale support.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge (brands, configurations, warranties, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales (preferably in IT hardware/laptop/PC segment).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling refurbished or second-hand IT hardware.
- Knowledge of major laptop brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.) and typical business use-case configurations.
- Understanding of IT procurement processes in corporate environments.
