  • Catalog and listing management: Maintain accurate and optimized product listings on Q-commerce platforms (BLINKIT, ZEPTO), manage categories, and update pricing and content.
  • Order fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end order process, from placement to delivery, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and smooth returns.
  • Promotions and campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discount offers, and visibility initiatives to drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Data analysis and reporting: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor activities to generate reports with actionable insights for management. Track metrics like conversion rates, product ranking, and campaign ROI.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Platform and inventory management: Monitor stock levels across platforms and ensure compliance with platform policies. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their algorithms is often required.
  • Customer satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings, and coordinate with customer support for issue resolution to enhance product ratings and satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹33,158.47 per month
