About The Role
PLM AM Manager
to oversee and manage Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, ensuring seamless implementation, rollouts, and ongoing application management. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in PLM solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong knowledge of businesses, processes, and requirements to effectively align PLM solutions.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end PLM application management, including support, enhancements, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee at least two full life cycle PLM implementations/rollouts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve PLM-related issues.
  • Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and change requests through ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices in PLM operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and process efficiency.
  • Support training and knowledge sharing across teams to build PLM competency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience in 3DEXPERIENCE (Dassault Systèmes); certification is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of at least two full PLM lifecycle implementations/rollouts.
  • Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional global team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3DEXPERIENCE Certification (Dassault Systèmes) strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to aerospace/engineering/manufacturing domains.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business teams.
