Genpact Walk-In drive for Content Moderation roles || Work location: Hyderabad || Walk-In venue: Bhubaneswar on 11th October 2025 (Saturday)

**Walk-in is happening at Bhubaneswar however the work location would be Hyderabad

• Walk-In Date: 11th October 2025 (Saturday)
• Walk-in Timings: 11 AM - 2 PM
• Walk-in venue: Plot no 323, 2nd floor, Capital, CS Pur Road, District Center, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751016
• Graduation: Any grad (except law/Diploma)
• Experience: Freshers/experience upto 2yrs (previous exp. in customer service domain is required)
• Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift

Responsibilities

• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/ sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Minimum qualifications

• Any Graduate (except law/diploma)
