Role & responsibilities

Maintain and organize office files, records and documents.

Manage office correspondence, including emails.

Handle data entry and update database as required.

Assist in preparing reports, presentation and other documents.

Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Handle confidential information with discretion. need to sign nondisclosure agreement.

Ensure proper communication between departments or teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Location: Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat

Willing to work on Canadian time/ shift , remotely.

Must have quite place to work from home and WIFI/internet connection with a working latest version Laptop

Education: Graduate, diploma or equivalent, Engineering or administrative experience is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (5+ years preferred)

Technical skills: Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft office, outlook)

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and command over English.

Organization: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to details: Demonstrated accuracy in handling tasks and documents.

Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve issues efficiently.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.

Confidentiality: Trustworthy in handling sensitive information

Customer service orientation: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude when interacting with clients or team
