Role Overview: As an HR Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate employee records and address employee queries related to company policies and HR matters. You will also be involved in preparing HR-related documents, generating reports, facilitating employee onboarding, and handling adhoc administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining records: Accurately update and maintain employee information such as personal details, job titles, salaries, and benefits. - Managing queries: Address employee queries on company policies, benefits, leave management, and other HR-related matters. - Assisting in documentation and communication: Prepare HR-related documents like offer letters, resignation letters, and performance appraisals. Contribute to internal communication materials. - Generating reports: Analyse data and prepare HR reports on employee turnover, training effectiveness, and recruitment statistics. - Facilitating employee onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires by conducting induction sessions and coordinating necessary documentation. - Adhoc Administrative Tasks: Handle bank account opening, bank queries, compliance, and updating KYC for both clients and companies. Qualifications Required: - Multitasking: Prioritize tasks and effectively multitask to fulfill responsibilities promptly. - Excellent communication skills: Interact with employees at all levels empathetically and professionally. - Attention to detail: Handle sensitive employee information with accuracy to maintain data integrity. - Problem-solving approach: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze situations and offer practical solutions for employee queries and concerns.,
