Role Description
This is a contract role for a Specialty Sales OT-IT-AI (Critical Infrastructure) at OTAI Global. Based in Dubai, this hybrid role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Specialist will be tasked with driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, providing customer service, conducting training sessions, and
overseeing sales management activities. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, offering strategic advisory, design, sourcing, deployment, and managed services to support critical infrastructure modernization.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Communication and Customer Service skills
 - Sales and Sales Management skills Experience in training and developing others
 - Strong understanding of OT, IT, and Al integration
 - Operational Technologies (OT): Smart Grid, Protection, MES, Edge, IoT, Communication Technologies and protocols
 - Information Technology: Virtualization, Containerization and Automation
 - Artificial Intelligence: Agentic Al
 - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid role based in Dubai
 - Proven track record in consulting, strategy, and technology roadmaps
 - Experience with multi-vendor interoperability and standards-aligned architectures is a plus
 
Role Requirements
- +12yrs experience in industry domains and Sales
 - Masters degree
 - Fluency in Arabic
 - Own a vehicle and valid driving license
